   To run a meeting efficiently, the facilitator's role is very important. Before the meeting, the target goal should be listed. The facilitator controls the speaking time and arguments of meeting members. When an off-topic idea arises, the facilitator sets it aside to discuss later. Finally, one person summarizes the meeting content and shares it with all meeting members.
